Disconnect First
Revoke SolaceVeil's access in the connected provider's account settings and, where available, disconnect the integration inside SolaceVeil. Revocation prevents future collection but does not automatically remove previously admitted records.
Submit a Deletion Request
Email privacy@veil.moralclarity.ai with the subject “SolaceVeil Data Deletion Request.” Include your name, account email, institution, the connected service, and the categories of data you want deleted.
Verification
We may verify identity, authority, institutional relationship, and request scope before deleting data. This protects institutional records and prevents unauthorized deletion.
Institution-Controlled Data
When an institution controls the information, the request may be routed to that institution or require its authorization. We will explain the applicable path.
Completion and Exceptions
Verified requests will be handled within the period required by applicable law. Limited records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or documented governance lineage. Retained records will remain restricted to those purposes.
LinkedIn and Other Connected Services
The same process applies to LinkedIn and other authorized integrations. State the provider explicitly so the relevant connection, tokens, imported data, and derived institutional records can be identified and reviewed.
