1. Scope
This policy explains how Moral Clarity AI processes information through SolaceVeil, including its websites, institutional workspaces, authorized integrations, communications, and governance records. An institution may also provide its own notices and instructions for data it controls.
2. Information We Process
- Account and identity information, such as name, email address, role, institution, and authentication records.
- Institutional content, including documents, communications, contacts, missions, observations, evidence, and operator instructions.
- Integration data obtained only after authorization, such as permitted profile, organization, email, calendar, repository, or other connected-service information.
- Operational metadata, including access events, audit records, system health, security events, usage telemetry, and governance decisions.
- Support and correspondence information submitted to Moral Clarity AI.
3. How We Use Information
Information is used to provide and secure SolaceVeil, preserve institutional continuity, resolve identities, admit and trace evidence, support governed cognition and relationship stewardship, maintain auditability, respond to support requests, improve reliability, comply with law, and prevent misuse.
SolaceVeil does not sell personal information and does not use connected-service data for unrelated advertising.
4. Authorized Integrations
External services are connected only through an authorized account or institutional administrator. SolaceVeil requests only permissions needed for the enabled capability. Connected data remains subject to the provider's terms and the institution's authority.
Access to a provider does not grant SolaceVeil independent authority to publish, message, modify, or execute actions. Consequential actions remain governed and may require explicit operator approval.
5. LinkedIn Data
When a user authorizes LinkedIn, SolaceVeil may receive information allowed by the approved LinkedIn product and granted permissions, such as account identity and organization association. It is used to authenticate the user, resolve authorized institutional identity, and support explicitly enabled observation or stewardship workflows.
LinkedIn data is not sold, rented, or used to create unauthorized profiles. Users may revoke access through LinkedIn or request deletion as described below.
6. Sharing and Service Providers
Information may be processed by contracted infrastructure providers that support hosting, databases, communications, authentication, security, storage, and operational monitoring. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or during a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Data Ownership and Institutional Control
Institutional customers retain responsibility for the content and personal information they submit or authorize. Moral Clarity AI processes that information to provide SolaceVeil under the institution's instructions, applicable agreements, and constitutional governance boundaries.
8. Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the enabled service, institutional continuity, security, auditability, dispute resolution, contractual obligations, and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by data type and institutional configuration. Records may be de-identified or securely deleted when no longer required.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect confidentiality, integrity, availability, access control, and operational traceability. No system can guarantee absolute security. Additional information appears in the Security Overview.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Where an institution controls the data, requests may need to be directed to that institution. We will assist institutional customers with verified requests where required.
11. Data Deletion and Revocation
Users may disconnect an integration through the provider or SolaceVeil. To request deletion of account or connected-service data, follow the instructions at /data-deletion. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or documented institutional governance.
12. Children
SolaceVeil is not directed to children and is intended for authorized institutional and professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through public signup.
13. International Processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where authorized service providers operate. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are used where required.
14. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect platform, legal, or operational changes. The effective date will be revised, and material changes may be communicated through the platform or institutional contact.
