1. Nature of the Platform

SolaceVeil is an institutional cognition and governance infrastructure platform designed to support auditable cognition, continuity-aware reasoning, institutional workflow support, communications, bounded execution environments, and traceable operational interactions.

Veil is not represented as autonomous decision-making authority. Operational execution remains under institutional authority and human responsibility.

2. Authorized Institutional Use Only

Veil is provisioned exclusively for approved institutional and enterprise users. Public self-service signup is disabled. Unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for credential confidentiality, authorized access, institutional policy compliance, and lawful operational conduct. Credential sharing, impersonation, and unauthorized delegation are prohibited.

4. Institutional Responsibility

Institutions acknowledge that operational authority remains with the institution. Veil does not independently assume medical, legal, financial, regulatory, or operational authority.

5. Auditability and Traceability

Veil may maintain governance records, access events, communication records, continuity state, admission and rejection metadata, execution posture information, and operational lineage information for governance, security, compliance review, and reconstruction.

6. Prohibited Uses

  • Violating applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempting unauthorized access or bypassing controls.
  • Impersonating institutions or individuals.
  • Uploading malicious, unlawful, or deceptive content.
  • Manipulating governance controls or audit systems.
  • Abusing communication systems.

7. Availability and Runtime Conditions

Features, runtime behaviors, services, and governance controls may be modified, restricted, or suspended for security, operational integrity, maintenance, regulatory alignment, or infrastructure protection.

8. Intellectual Property

Veil infrastructure, governance architecture, branding, operational frameworks, and platform systems remain the intellectual property of Moral Clarity AI unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moral Clarity AI is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, institutional misuse, unauthorized conduct, or execution decisions made by institutional operators.

10. Termination and Revocation

Access may be suspended or revoked for integrity concerns, governance violations, misuse, unauthorized activity, security risk, or institutional request.
